SHIPPING

We are excited to have the opportunity to bring these coastal photographs to your home.  All photographs are made to order, printed and signed by Mike Ring.  Your orders are processed and packed from our gallery in New Smyrna Beach within 2–5 business days. We currently only offer domestic shipping (U.S.) via USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. All shipping costs are based on the size of the photograph and will be calculated at check-out. If your order is time sensitive, email ringfineart@gmail.com for further assistance. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

PACKAGING PHOTOGRAPHS FOR SHIPMENT

Photographs come with a Certificate of Authenticity and hanging hardware.   To protect against moisture during shipping, each photograph is wrapped in a plastic bag.

  • Fine Art Prints are rolled and secured in a heavy duty box.
  • Canvas Prints are bubble wrapped over the protected bag and secured in a corrugated box or wooden crate.    All 24" x 36" photographs and larger will come in a wooden crate. 
  • Aluminum Prints will be packed securely in a highly durable double-wall, corrugated box or wooden crate.
All of Mike Ring's Photographs are collectible art and must be highly protected. For all of the larger prints, Mike builds a custom wooden crate built specifically to fit that piece. For the canvas and aluminum prints, it will arrive at your home - ready to hang right out of the box.   The fine art prints will be ready for you to take to the frame shop.   We provide only the best quality photographs out of our gallery.

    RETURNS


    Ring Gallery LLC is committed to providing you the high-quality photographs.  All product returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must receive prior approval before sending your product back in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping charges that may occur from a return. You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please, email return inquiries to ringfineart@gmail.com.

    All damaged photographs must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or credit your account for the damaged or missing photograph.

    For non-damaged returns must be reported within 30 days of delivery and customers is responsible for paying shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All non-damaged related returns are for account credit only, a Gift Card will be issued. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Gifts
    If the photograph was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the photograph wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
